空氣凈化干燥
只需配備空氣干燥機,就可以在很大程度上避免潮濕帶來的不可控后果。例如吸附式干燥機使用硅膠、活性氧化鋁或分子篩作為吸附劑去除空氣中的水份,非常適合在車身修理廠噴漆以獲得均勻的涂層。吸附式干燥機也經(jīng)常用于從壓縮空氣中去除水份的工業(yè)環(huán)境,如潮濕的空氣管線容易凍結(jié)等。
冷凍式干燥機使用制冷劑氣體,將壓縮空氣冷卻至略高于水結(jié)冰的溫度。然后除去冷凝水份并重新加熱干燥的空氣,得到露點穩(wěn)定的壓縮空氣送入管路中,用于氣動工具、氣缸、閥門和各種工藝。除了要對水份干燥之外,要求嚴苛的工藝流程都會先對壓縮空氣進行除油除塵過濾,然后進行干燥,干燥后再對氣體進行過濾。確保產(chǎn)出的壓縮空氣干凈,無色無味。
與空氣壓縮機非常相似,壓縮空氣干燥機取決于公司在何處以及如何使用壓縮空氣。例如在南方的空氣濕度與北方空氣濕度和溫度完全不同,另外還有不同工藝對水份的要求,配備不同類型的壓縮空氣干燥機。
